High Protein VEG Roll


For the filling 
Chop down 
Onion
Capsicum
Spinach or green leave you have
Into medium size.

And soak the soya chungs in water for 10-15 minutes. After that squeeze the water out of them and dice them to small pieces for a good sized filling in the roll.soya has high protein about 12-14 % for 100 grams.
Capsicum is rich in vitamin c, onion is good for cleansing of blood and high in sodium and phosphorus, the green leaves which is available with will be rich in iron, zinc antioxidant, and good for digestion.
  
Now chop down Carrots and stems of spinach leaves with medium length which are rich in vitamin A,D and potassium.
Heat a medium sized pan with some ghee and fry the capsicum, onions and spinach and add the soya chungs and for good add Maggie masala (not mandatory) with some salt and pepper, haldi and chilli powder soute the mixture and once it's ready keep aside.
Now let's fry carrots and stems of spinach with some salt, pepper and chatmasala which adds some byte to it.

Green chilli paste
Now to the mixer jar add one garlic, 10-15 green chillies, coriander, mint leaves some spinach add arable spoon of oil , sesame seeds, little water, salt and grind it well to a paste. This mixture has high vitamin c, iron and antioxidants.

For the sauce take any mayonnaise or tandoori sauce you will get in near by stores and some tommato ketchup, one spoon of curd, and add the green chilli paste to it and mix it well.
Take roties or chapati and spread the mixture and filling is added top of it add seasoned carrots and stems, roll it up and enjoy with ketchup or you can eat it without it.

Try it it's good for health for vegetarians even gym people can add this recipe to their diet.
No much fat consists in this dish.👍👍
