How to keep your Hair Nourished and healthy by Natural ingredients!!!

 Every person is suffering from hair loss, Dandruff due to roughness of the hair, can't able to maintain a diet to maintain the hair silky smooth and healthy.


It is very simple to keep our hair healthy but need to follow some simple routine that's all, I'm going to suggest some tips and an oil made from natural home ingredients.

step 1: 

Take some egg white from an egg and pour into a small bowl and whisk it with the spoon a little bit.

 



Step 2: 

Add coconut oil into the egg white according to the requirements ( 2 or 3 tablespoons is fine).



Step 3:

Add Aloe vera gel or if it is not available then cut a stem from the plant and slice it into half and extract the gel using a spoon or a knife. Now mix it well.


Step 4:

Now apply the mixture to your hair well and leave for up to 30 to 40 minutes after taking good bath use shampoo to remove the smell of the egg if it's present.

Follow this for 2 to 3 days a week and you will see the changes.
