Post WORKOUT Meal (stay fit naturally)


Staying FIT is very important to everyone.
Here is a 5 min WORKOUT Meal
Let's get into the recipe, The ingredients you need are Milk, Banana, Bread, Oats, Dry fruits, Honey, chia seeds, raisins.
The process of making the meal is firstly warm 1/4 L of milk and add oats be it plain oats.
Slice 2 bananas and some crushed dry fruits with raisins add the warmed milk so that oats gets soaked and ready to eat.
Finally add some chia seeds and Honey for better taste.

Benefits and nutritional value of the meal

Milk- Rich in protein, calcium, iron
Enhance muscle growth, reduces hair fall and increases bone strength, it's important for women because they lose calcium over the years.
Bananas- Potessium, Protein, carbohydrates
And also you can add a piece break by breaking it down for increasing carbohydrates content.
Oats- Rich in protein and carbohydrates best meal ingredient.
Dry fruits- Be it almonds, cashew, pista and dry raisins whic is rich in protein, minerals, iron, zinc and raisins are helpfull in reducing acne, pimples and dark spots in your face.
Chia seeds- rich in omega-3, good choice for vegetarians to have omega-3 in this form rather than in meat.
Honey- One of the natural sweetners helpful for your body in balancing sugar level, BP level, good for digestion and fatloss. You can use jaggery instead of honey it's much better.

So, I myself as a fitness enthusiast strongly recommend this meal for the people to have for your diet meal or you can have as an snack it's delicious trust me!!.
