Diet routine | South Indian | No supplements | Natural Diet

Guys, I thought of sharing my diet routine that has worked for me.I have tried and research lot of meals and diet plans to be followed to stay fit, As I'm a south Indian our food changes a bit.
We consume lot of carbohydrates and less proteins which is not a blanced diet so to balance I follow some routine to keep them balanced. So firstly In the Morning have some hot water or lime water to detox your body and don't remember to drink 2 to 3ltrs of water daily and after the detox drink I'll have a fruit, let's say a Banana or an Apple before my workout session.

After my workout session I'll have a oat meal which will be attached in an another blog I'll mention the link or you can have a Banana milkshake with some almonds and dryfruits in it, trust me it is very tasty and I always drink this, best energy booster.

So after my pre-workout and post workout meal I'll have breakfast at 10:30 am which dapends on my mom what she had prepared. And in the afternoon meal on around 2 to 2:30 pm I'll have a meal similar to the post below, do have veggies that is available at your home eat it boiled or raw as a salad. It will be great.

So after my afternoon meal I'll go for an another milkshake in the evening around 6:30 to 7 pm or else I'll go with the detox drink, I'll also attach the link to how to make it.
And finally for the dinner I'll have ragi balls with some veggies and a egg (egg is not compulsory)

So this is it my diet routine If you like share and comment need your support and thankyou.

Road Trip || Trek || Bananthamari betta || Chunchi falls || Mini Vlog

Hi guys this is my first mini vlog of a road trip/ trek at Bananthamari betta located near kanakpura its about 10 - 15kms from there near hanumanalli.
So we four friends went to the trip, At the beginning we had arrived at the back side of the hill, then we took the help of the locals to locate the temple of Bananthamari from there we started our trek. It took about 1 hour or so to reach the top the hill which was one of the hill among the others. As it was summer the heat was extreme and had few sunburn, but its worth it for the view and as soon as we finished the trek we had lunch and went to sangama where both the rivers kaveri and Gataprabha meet which is 35 kms from kanakpura there we cooled of our body by swimming in the river. After that we went to chunchi falls.

while coming back home the rain started and it was so good to ride in the rain and we enjoyed a lot.
Its a best place to travel, trek but I would that you go in the dry or rainy season it will be much beautiful.

And also this will be available at my blog site which I will place the link, please do subscribe and share

Thankyou

SSB Interview || Indian Navy || Batch washout

So I will share my experience in the interview which was conducted in January.

It was a technical entry as there are many entries you can apply for any of them, We were called to report at 6 a.m

Around 60 people appeared for the interview and during the 1st test 14 were selected and the remaining days we were assessed on different OLQs. The reason I think that we got washed out is because of a lack of coordination, effective intelligence, Initiative, and speed of decision making.

I would suggest that the freshers and aspiring candidates should know themselves better and work on their personality, get your focus built up. And keep trying until you success.
